Get You Moving
Hope can be a catalyst for change, but actions are what gets us there.
I hold a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) through Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Central Queensland University, Rockhampton, as well as a certificate III and IV with Fitness Australia.
I have been working in this health and fitness industry for 10 years working as an exercise physiologist in multidisciplinary allied health teams. My experience also includes extensive skills and experience driving return to work, having previously worked for an Occupational Rehabilitation Provider.
My special interests include women’s health, oncology exercise, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular rehabilitation. I strive to create meaningful connections and rapport with my clients, to achieve excellent health outcomes and aim to establish strong working partnerships with insurance case manager and rehabilitation professionals.
I enjoy camping and 4-wheel driving along the Central Queensland beaches with my husband and two young children.
