My GYM Program
My GYM Program is an online exercise program designed to motivate, empower and encourage you to move confidently and create life lasting healthy habits, setting you up to self-manage your fitness journey. With weekly contact from your Exercise Physiologist, you will be given the tools to actually achieve your goals. ​​

One on one weekly Exercise Physiology consultations

Weekly follow-up phone calls to ensure engagement and motivation levels remain on track

Developing goals and clear steps to achieving your goals

Pacing strategies to feel confident to move

Regular outcome measures and assessments to ensure you are on track with your exercise journey

Set you up with the confidence to self-manage fitness routine

Pain coaching if required
